SECTION 1 – GENERAL TERMS

By accessing or purchasing from Maxel Fishing Australia (“Maxel Fishing Australia”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use or access our Services.

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or territory of residence and that any purchases made are for personal or household use only.

SECTION 2 – PLACING ORDERS

All orders placed through maxelfishing.com.au constitute an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is not accepted until payment has been received and processed.

Overseas Orders: Overseas orders must be paid via bank transfer. Maxel Fishing Australia accepts no responsibility for goods once they leave Australia.
Order Accuracy & Stock Levels: Stock quantities displayed online may not reflect orders already placed or inventory discrepancies. Earlier orders may receive priority allocation.
Order Methods: Orders should be placed through our online store whenever possible. Alternative methods (email, phone, fax) are accepted only if the online system is unavailable or you are unable to use it.
Order Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be made immediately. If the order has already been dispatched, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges, including return shipping.

For online orders, accepted payment methods include:

You warrant that all payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method. Title to goods does not pass to you until full payment has been received.

All delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Maxel Fishing Australia is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Once products are transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
