Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Free standard shipping is available for all domestic orders within Australia when the total purchase value (excluding postage) exceeds $150 AUD (GST included).

Exclusions:

  • Fishing Rods are excluded from free shipping and incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $100 AUD.

  • Express Post options are available at checkout for an additional charge.


Third‑Party Addresses

We do not ship to third‑party addresses unless the address can be verified and confirmed by Maxel Fishing Australia. Orders may be held or cancelled if verification is not possible.


Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the shipment. If the delivery address is unattended:

  • Redelivery fees charged by the carrier may be passed on to the customer.

  • Delays caused by missed deliveries are not the responsibility of Maxel Fishing Australia.


Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

Customers are responsible for all freight charges associated with:

  • Refused deliveries

  • Unclaimed goods returned to us by the carrier

Maxel Fishing Australia will make every reasonable effort to deliver orders on time, but we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
